When I first met with Ryan and Bethany, we talked about their venue and how Bethany was praying for a snowy wedding. Mother Nature delivered the biggest storm of 2018 on their wedding day and it was pure magic!
The best part of this entire wedding was the genuine love and emotion these two have for each other, and their families and friends who made the drive (snow and all) to celebrate their union. Listening to the service and how Ryan has found his walk with the Lord, and how their love has blossomed into this beautiful thing we all witnessed – I felt so honored to have been a part of capturing these moments at the beginning of their forever.
Congratulations Ryan & Bethany!
Taking photos while the snow is coming down is no easy feat! My cameras (and my actual feet) were frozen, the view finders were fogging up and Miranda and I had to stick umbrellas down the backs of our jackets to keep the fast falling snow off our gear! We were stocked up with plastic bags and warm shoes to keep us dry, and it was worth every second to capture not just beautiful photos, but this beautiful love. I think snowy weddings are my new favorite thing! Ready to book your winter, snowy wedding? Contact me and let’s get you booked!
