I love my clients! In the spirit of Thanksgiving and this season, I just have to say that for this family, I am so thankful. They have been one of those families who has been with me since the beginning. They’ve been with me while I’ve worked through the struggles of photography, learning more about it and honing my craft. Trusted me while I still work to better myself so that I can capture them as they grow as a family. When I met them, they were a family of 4 and the middle child had two bottom teeth. Today, I am overwhelmed with feelings of thankfulness for amazing families like this one.
I am especially thankful that they made the drive up to the mountains for their Shaver Lake Family Photos despite a rough ride up. Personally, I get car sick. I did not even think that their kiddos might get car sick, but the baby was not having it on the drive up. Actually, it wasn’t until they nearly arrived that he actually got sick. Thankfully, they took my pre-session tips into account and he wasn’t completely dressed for their session. And despite the carsickness, we still captured great photos of this sweet fam, the adorable brothers, grandma and her grand babies, and this loving couple!
Don’t you love fall photos?
I love the playful, carefree nature of these sweet boys. We had a super fun session at the river this summer, so it was only fitting to finish the year by the water. Check out their summer session here.
Of course it’s always good to mix things up, but Shaver Lake Family Photos are becoming a favorite of mine. We have so much beauty AND variety right in our backyard, so I’ll keep making the short drive up the hill to capture amazing photos like these. If you’re ready to book your Shaver Lake Family Photos, send me an e-mail. I would love to help you plan your session! With winter approaching, we could have so much fun in the snow!
