THIRD PARTY SITES
Here are some services we use and applicable links to privacy policies. MHP reserves the right to change services providers at any time and/or add new service providers that may not be listed here. Rest assured we will do our best to ensure the providers we use are secure for our customers.
From time to time, we may use affiliate links on our website and/or blog posts. We may earn a small commission from your use of these affiliate links. MHP likes to share links to products we actually use and love, so this is more about sharing the love than making money, we promise! We’re just legally required to tell you this.
CONTACT FORMS AND E-MAIL CONTACT
MHP uses G Suite to process all internal email and communication with our customers. We use Honeybook to process client inquiries; Honeybook is connected to our firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail account through G Suite. We use Pixieset to host client galleries; customer e-mails will be collected through the gallery they choose to access and may be transferred to our e-mail marketing service. We use Flodesk to manage our e-mail list. E-mail addresses and any other personal information collected through these third party sites may be used by MHP for business related purposes. By using our services either on MHP’s main site or third party sites including Flodesk and Pixieset, you agree that MHP may transfer your data between sites for business purposes only. MHP will never sell your data.
We keep all client portals on Honeybook indefinitely. We keep client galleries up for a minimum of 2 years. In the event that we change e-mail marketing service providers, we may transfer your information over to the new provider without the need for further authorization from customers.
All payment information is processed through a third party processor. We use Honeybook to collect the majority of client payments. MHP reserves the right to change payment processing providers at any time as deemed necessary for the company.
We use email marketing to communicate with customers and potential customers. Upon providing MHP with your e-mail address (and any other personal information), MHP may use this information to connect you with content of interest to you.
All marketing e-mails include an unsubscribe link. Emails sent to you may also include standard tracking, including open and click activities.
If you create an account, you will be prompted to provide your Email Address and First Name. Depending on the link used to contact us (i.e. contact form, e-mail marketing, etc) you may also be prompted to provide your Last Name, Phone Number, Birthdate, and other information MHP deems relevant to our contact with you, the customer.
Your Email Address is used to contact you regarding your inquiry and/or serve you with marketing information deemed relevant by you upon opting in.
Your Phone Number is used to contact you in the event your e-mail address was entered incorrectly, or we need to contact you in a quicker time frame.
Your Birthdate may be used to send you marketing e-mails relevant during your birthday month.
All other information is used solely for the purposes around which you contacted MHP and provided your information to us.
RIGHTS AND DATA PROTECTION
If you have entered your e-mail address through our Honeybook contact form, your information will be automatically transferred to our e-mail list service. We will only contact you regarding your inquiry and/or related projects through Honeybook. You have a right to unsubscribe from our e-mail list at any time. The security and reliability of our service is our number one priority. We make every effort to keep our accounts as secure as possible.
DATA BREACH POLICY
