Shaver Lake, California was the perfect location for this romantic winter maternity session.
I always love doing maternity sessions because it’s a fun milestone for families to walk through together. It’s such a fun and unique way to celebrate the expansion of your family. Laura told me she was hoping for snow, and we had some warm weather leading up to their session, I was definitely a little nervous. Thankfully, mother nature came through and held the temps low enough to keep my favorite meadow snowy (and cold) for their maternity session!
Side note – bring snow boots, even if you think you’ll be ok. I regret that decision. But anyways, check out some of my favorites from this dreamy, winter maternity session.
They always talk about pregnant women “glowing” but holy moly does Laura literally glow or what?! She looked absolutely gorgeous in this dress from Pink Blush and it was such a pleasure to capture this sweet milestone for her and her hubby. This sweet baby is going to bring them so much love and joy, I can’t wait to watch their family grow.
How freakin cute are these tiny baby shoes you guys! Ah I can’t even believe how tiny they are – AND these shoes are probably a little big for a newborn because those just born baby toes are so so tiny. Y’all this gives me some major baby fever. Haha. Congratulations to David & Laura! I can’t wait to meet your sweet baby boy and capture your growing family.
