Ben and Brittany were married on September 1, 2018 at La Cuesta Ranch in San Luis Obispo, California.

Brittany’s brother officiated the ceremony, and their friends and family gathered around to witness these two becoming husband and wife. This was one of those weddings that just tugged at those heart strings; I legitimately cried (like sobbing tears) during some of the speeches you guys. I just felt so incredibly humbled, and honored that they chose me to capture their wedding day.

Wedding photography is not a job I take lightly.

I understand the importance, and the trust that comes with handing your most precious memories to “someone with a camera”. I strive to always be so much more than this for my couples, walking through the entire wedding process with them so they feel secure in their decision. Ben and Brittany not only trusted my team and I wholeheartedly, but they valued our talents, trusted our visions and were some of the most gracious hosts I’ve witnessed.

I wish I could find the words to describe just how special their love was to capture. Their lifelong friendship turned into this beautiful, amazing thing. Hearing about their young love, Ben’s sweet crush, and how they were always there for each other, even when life was taking them in different directions, makes you realize that true love really does exist. Ben and Brittany absolutely have it, and I can’t wait to watch their love grow as they continue their life together.

Ben and the groomsmen travelled to The Cliffs Hotel & Spa for the first look. The weather could not have been more perfect for these two to share this beautiful, intimate wedding day moment.

Then we all headed north to La Cuesta Ranch in San Luis Obispo for the wedding ceremony and the rest of the party!

The floral arrangements, stunning decor and attention to detail that went into every aspect of this day was amazing. Brittany kept saying, “This is our dream wedding” and it really was a dream. Such a beautiful San Luis Obispo wedding venue with so many lovely moments to capture.

Aren’t those wedding details gorgeous? I was in wedding photographer heaven you guys! Just wait until you see how beautiful the ceremony is!!

And that sweet first kiss as husband and wife!

Now, it’s party time! Wedding receptions are always fun, and this wedding was no exception. The new Mr. & Mrs. laughed, cried and celebrated with their guests in the most perfect setting.

Although this next part is something I’ve only done a few times, I love when couples choose a sparkler send off! Not only are they gorgeous for photos, but it is so sweet for couples to say goodbye to their guests and head off into marital bliss!
